The UK Partner, Christopher Lye FNAEA, has been connected with the UK property market for over 40 years and knows exactly what to look for when choosing a home.
Owning and letting to holidaymakers his farmhouse on Gozo for a number of years, Christopher has first hand experience of the benefits and pitfalls of owning a home abroad. He first visited Gozo whilst staying in Malta, some 30 years ago.

Property Sales Dept:
Local Partner Joe Dimech will personally guide you through the Search & Find process, pulling together all aspects of your purchase.
Property Lettings Dept:
Mary Xiberras is in charge of property Lettings. In the event that you would like to let your property to produce an income, Mary will be your contact.
Property Management Dept:
This area also comes under Mary's control with the assistance of Dominic who is the fulltime maintenance contractor, looking after homes whilst properties are either let to holidaymakers or vacant. This service also includes supplying Welcome Food Packs, Maid and Babysitting services for holidaymakers and owners alike.
In-house Construction Specialist:
Local Partner Joe Dimech is also in charge of all aspects of property construction with his own team of Gozitan building contractors.
Should you buy a property that requires Improvement, Conversion, Extension or Refurbishment, then Joe is your man! He is the Project Manager for New Build contracts, where you could purchase a property at today's price, either off plan or in a "shell" form for physical completion up to 12 months ahead.
