NB:
When we inspect properties for inclusion in our Portfolio, we take into account the above criteria.

Properties that fall below the 3 star level are not suitable in our opinion, for inclusion in this Selection.

However, when rating a property we also include our own personal impression, this means that we use “a rule of thumb” and therefore properties are not guaranteed to include all the items contained in each category, as some properties may have an outstanding feature that we feel would be much appreciated by our clients.

These ratings are used for guidance purposes only.
