GOZO Villas - Booking Terms & Conditions
Farmhouses/Villas
& Apartments:
A deposit equal to 25% of the total booking is payable at the time of reservation.
The remainder of the cost is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
In the event of you cancelling your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances, the following scale will apply:
More than 8 weeks prior to departure 25% of total cost.
Between 4 and 8 weeks prior to departure 50% of total cost.
Between 0 and 4 weeks prior to departure 100% of total cost.
Transfer booking to a different date - £150.00 admin. charge.
Please note that checkin time is anytime after 4.0 pm and checkout time is no later than 10.00 am on the day of departure. These times may be varied by speaking to our local office in Gozo on arrival subject to the booking schedules at that time.
We strongly suggest that all clients take out suitable comprehensive travel insurance to cover their holiday arrangements. Each client is responsible for any damage that is caused to the property during their holiday.
The property prices include maid service when you leave the property and linen service once a week, pool maintenance (where applicable), bottled gas, electricity and water.
Children under 2 years of age are accommodated free of charge.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for any events that occur outside our direct control and would inform you that Gozo Villas Ltd, act only as agents for the farmhouse Owner in the UK.
In the event of any dispute, you will need to deal direct with the Owner or Owner’s Representative in Gozo, where Maltese law will apply.
If during your stay you encounter any problems, please contact our local office or the property Owner in Gozo immediately, so that they can do their utmost to resolve the problem for you. Please do not leave it until you return to the UK to notify us of anything that was unsatisfactory.
Some Owners require you to pay to us a Breakage Deposit of £150.00 and this amount will be added to your final invoice. We will send back your deposit within 14 days of your return to the UK less any breakages/damage as reported to us by the local office in Gozo.
Helicopter Services/ Car and Taxi Hire/Diving Packages/Special Services:
Gozo Villas from time to time use the services of third party suppliers to fulfil their booking requirements both in the UK, Gozo and Malta.
These suppliers have been chosen for their high level of integrity and suitability for the role chosen.
However we cannot be held responsible for any eventualities that fall outside our direct control in relation to these services.
Please note that we take great care in keeping the information contained on our website up to date, however if we are made aware of any changes to specifications, services or facilities, we will advise you immediately.
