The house lived up to our every expectation and was accurately represented on the website. I would highly recommend this luxury house to a large group. It is extremely spacious and well appointed and I cannot think of anything that it lacked. It is set in a beautiful little town and is very central. Our group loved everything about it and the welcome pack was very generous. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.
We loved Gozo and were glad we chose it rather than Malta which we found too busy. Not sure how you can market the difference. I must admit I'd not heard of Gozo before starting to investigate for this holiday - while everyone knows of Malta.

Santa Maria farmhouse is a beatiful property of great proportions. Whilst it is located in the sleepy village of Munxar it is easy to access many of Gozo's towns and villages. The property is well equipped, they appear to have thought of everything from home comforts to safety. I can honestly say I have had one of the best holidays ever, and we consider ourselves well travelled.
The locals are warm and welcoming. We also felt very safe which is unfamiliar both home and abroad.
We would definately return to this beautiful island and to Santa Maria farmhouse and will be recommending it to our friends. Not many of my friends had heard of Gozo. Good! It's a beautiful,unspoilt island with the craziest roads and the most wonderful, architecturally exquisite buildings. I could have stayed forever! The beautiful turquoise sea is warm and calm, very like the island itself. A true hidden gem of a place.

My grand daughter loved the pool and can now nearly swim.

The house was beautiful and the 3 small children spent every hour of every day in the pool. They had the best vacation ever! When they were not in the pool they went to the beach for snorkeling and they thought it was fantastic. We enjoyed taking the local track down to the beach which meanders through small fields and a vineyard.
Finally the Gozitan people are the best! When asked of a "local" what he thought of the recent EU Membership, he replied - "Along the centuries many people have landed on these shores and invaded our country. We took it in, we digested it and we go on and remain Maltese"

The combination of a lovely house, which was well equipped, well designed and furnished, in a quiet location with lovely views, plus the charming ambience of Gozo, made this an ideal family holiday which all three generations relished. We had a super time.
I have visited Gozo many times, but this was the first time I have stayed in a villa and made use of local services. It is only this, I think, which makes one understand Gozo's unique ambience, which comes from the wonderfully old-fashioned way of life and the unfeigned friendliness of everybody we came in contact with.

I have been meaning to write to you to say what a wonderful holiday we had! The villa was a true gem of a find and we simply loved staying there.
We really liked the village of Qala and the villa was so new and modern.
Your recommendations were fantastic - we thoroughly enjoyed the fish restaurant in the cove of Mgarr ix Xini, Martin's restaurant "Il Wileg" was my favourite (rabbit pie delicious!) and Ta Frenc was perfect to celebrate my husband's birthday.
The washing machine wasn't set up and we had a few issues with the water system but I think that is because it is all a bit new.

Dear Doreen & Chris
This was our second stay in Gozo, this time in a different village and at a different time of year and it was lovely to see the island in the summer.
The villa was fabulous and the services and assistance supplied by Carolyn made the whole stay stress free. This is the first time I can say that I have truly relaxed on a holiday.
Great recommnedations for restaurants and little extra touches such as beach towels being supplied and food bought to save us shopping the first night really made a difference. Great diving too! We will be back!
